Role Overview

The Credentialing Quality Analyst will ensure that credentialing and provider enrollment work meets MantraComply’s quality, accuracy, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality audits of credentialing and enrollment applications.
• Review provider data and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify errors, discrepancies, and process gaps.
• Perform audits against internal SOPs and credentialing requirements.
• Track recurring errors and develop corrective actions.
• Provide feedback and coaching to credentialing specialists.
• Maintain quality dashboards and reports.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with payer audits and client quality reviews.
• Ensure provider records are complete, accurate, and properly documented.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in US healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, or healthcare operations.
• Strong knowledge of credentialing processes and documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail.Strong analytical and auditing skills.
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and operational reporting.
• Knowledge of CAQH, NPI, payer enrollment, and primary source verification preferred.
