Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Credentialing Team Lead to manage a team responsible for US healthcare credentialing and provider enrollment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of credentialing and enrollment specialists.
• Allocate providers and applications across the team.
• Monitor productivity, turnaround time, quality, and SLA performance.
• Review credentialing and enrollment applications for accuracy.
• Handle escalations and complex credentialing cases.Train and mentor new team members.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with Client Success and Implementation teams.
• Monitor payer and provider follow-ups.
• Prepare operational reports and performance dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and applicable credentialing requirements.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in US healthcare credentialing/provider enrollment.1–3 years of team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of CAQH, NPI, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with SLAs, productivity metrics, and quality metrics.
