We combine technology, automation and healthcare expertise to simplify administrative processes and help providers complete credentialing and enrollment requirements efficiently.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to help build and scale MantraComply’s healthcare technology platform.

You will work across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, integrations, and automation workflows used by healthcare organizations and internal operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications.
• Build scalable frontend and backend features.
• Develop REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Work with databases and data models.
• Build workflows for credentialing, provider enrollment, compliance, and healthcare operations.
• Integrate external healthcare and business systems.Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Design teams.
• Participate in architecture and technical decisions.
• Implement appropriate security and data-protection practices for healthcare applications.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with React.js or a similar frontend framework.
• Experience with Node.js and backend development.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred

• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Experience building SaaS products.
• Experience with AI/LLM integrations and workflow automation.
• Experience building healthcare, fintech, or other data-sensitive applications.
• Understanding of HIPAA, security, and privacy requirements is a plus.
