Role Overview

The Implementation Manager – Healthcare will lead onboarding and implementation of MantraComply’s platform and services for healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own client implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
• Understand client workflows, requirements, and operational processes.
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate provider data migration and onboarding.
• Work with clients to configure workflows and processes.
• Coordinate with Credentialing, Enrollment, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Conduct client training and onboarding sessions.
• Track implementation progress and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Ensure successful transition from implementation to Customer Success.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and reduce time-to-value.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in implementation, project management, healthcare operations, or SaaS.
• Experience implementing software or healthcare services for business customers.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with US healthcare organizations preferred.
