Role Overview

We are looking for a Payer Enrollment Specialist to manage provider enrollment and payer participation activities across US commercial and government health plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payer enrollment applications from preparation through approval.
• Submit applications to commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and other payer networks.
• Research payer-specific enrollment requirements.
• Maintain payer-specific application requirements and checklists.
• Follow up with payers on pending applications.
• Resolve enrollment discrepancies, rejections, and additional-information requests.
• Track provider effective dates and participation status.
• Support payer contracting and participation activities.
• Maintain accurate enrollment records.
• Coordinate with providers, practice administrators, and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve enrollment turnaround times.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in US payer enrollment or provider enrollment.
• Strong understanding of US payer processes.
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, CAQH, and NPI.Strong follow-up and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple payer applications.
