Role Overview

We are looking for a Provider Enrollment Specialist to manage enrollment of healthcare providers with US insurance payers and government programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit provider enrollment applications to commercial and government payers.
• Manage Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment processes.
• Maintain accurate provider demographics, tax information, NPI, practice locations, and other enrollment data.
• Coordinate with providers and practices to obtain required documents.Track applications from submission through approval.
• Follow up with payer enrollment departments on pending applications.
• Resolve application rejections, discrepancies, and requests for additional information.
• Maintain enrollment trackers and update internal systems.
• Support revalidation and re-enrollment activities.
• Ensure enrollment work meets turnaround-time and quality standards.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in US provider enrollment or credentialing.
• Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payer enrollment, NPI, and CAQH.
• Strong attention to detail.Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.
